Short-term Mission Team Pricing Information for 2023
Our mission is to provide the best possible experience for teams coming to stay and minister alongside us here in Tepic, Nayarit. We desire that visiting teams thoroughly enjoy their time here in Mexico, and we believe that if a team sleeps well and eats well, they will do great work. Therefore, we take the time to customize every trip based on the number of those traveling, experience, age, and ability. The number of people on a particular trip greatly influences expenses, so we have created the following price structure for 2023.
2 – 10 people $115 per day per person
10 – 20 people $105 per day per person
20 or more people $95 per day per person
*It is important to note that we charge every day that you are on the ground here in Mexico, including arrival and departure days.
*Our staff will meet the arriving team at the airport and ensure a smooth arrival to Tepic.
*Once you are on the ground in Mexico, everything is included. All transportation, meals, and housing are included in the price. We are currently housing teams in a nice hotel with two people in a room.
*If your team is interested in ministry projects such as food outreach or construction, we ask that the team raise funds to contribute in addition to their team fees. The above costs include everything needed to live well while you are here, but extra projects require further fundraising from the team. We love to offer free dinners in low-income areas; using our professional hotdog cart or a large skillet to make pancakes, your team will have a blast blessing the local communities. Helping a local mission church with a construction project can also be a life-changing experience.
